FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What are things I need to get done before starting with the program?

During onboarding, we will share a detailed questionnaire form and list of blood tests that you need to get done. Once it’s done your training and nutrition coach will get on a call with you and we will allot you your training slot and nutrition plan.

What happens if I am living abroad and not able to get the blood work done?

We can get you started without the blood work also but if you have some underlying health issues that aren't diagnosed then we won't be able to personalize the plan. If you have a family history of health conditions & haven’t got blood work done in a really long time then it is high time to get one.

Is the quantity of food mentioned in the plan? Is the nutrition plan sustainable?

How often is the nutrition plan changed?

We don’t change the nutrition plan every day/week, we only make changes when there is a genuine requirement. We make changes when fat loss results are slow or you got bored out of the options which were added in the plan.

Can I eat outside during weekends?

Yes you can. The nutrition coach will give you personalized weekend eating guidelines like this.

How will I follow the nutrition plan when I am travelling?

We will give you personalized travel guidelines according to the options available in the city/country you are travelling to, you just need to let the nutritionist 3-4 days in advance. If the goal is to try different cuisines and chill then guidelines will be given according to that.

Can I workout from home or do I have to go to the gym?

Going to the gym is not necessary, in fact 70% of our mentees are working out at home only because they have a pretty packed work schedule.

Will I need any equipment if I am training at home?

Yes you will need a yoga mat, resistance bands, dumbbells (2.5 kg & 5 kg), tripod (for handling phone) and a good WIFI connection

Are missed training sessions rescheduled?

2 sessions a month are reschedulable but for that you have to let the training coach know 24 hours in advance.

How will I train when I am travelling?

All you need are resistance bands, which take up minimal space in your bag and are perfect for travel workouts. However, if you choose to skip training to fully enjoy your trip, that’s entirely your personal decision. You can reschedule these sessions later, as long as you still have rescheduling sessions remaining.

Can I still enroll if my goal is to just stay healthy and not lose fat?

Definitely, we have mentees who just want to focus on improving their health and gain strength and have no fat loss goals. They just want to work towards improving their health, so definitely you can reach out to us.

How long will it take to start the program?

It typically takes 25-30 days to begin the 100-day challenge. This timeframe is due as our coaching slots are always full most of the time. We keep the quality of service top notch so you got to patiently wait for 25-30 days to get started with day 1. These 25-30 days waiting days are not counted in the 100 days program
