We can get you started without the blood work also but if you have some underlying health issues that aren't diagnosed then we won't be able to personalize the plan. If you have a family history of health conditions & haven’t got blood work done in a really long time then it is high time to get one.

We don’t change the nutrition plan every day/week, we only make changes when there is a genuine requirement. We make changes when fat loss results are slow or you got bored out of the options which were added in the plan.

We will give you personalized travel guidelines according to the options available in the city/country you are travelling to, you just need to let the nutritionist 3-4 days in advance. If the goal is to try different cuisines and chill then guidelines will be given according to that.

Yes you will need a yoga mat, resistance bands, dumbbells (2.5 kg & 5 kg), tripod (for handling phone) and a good WIFI connection
2 sessions a month are reschedulable but for that you have to let the training coach know 24 hours in advance.
All you need are resistance bands, which take up minimal space in your bag and are perfect for travel workouts. However, if you choose to skip training to fully enjoy your trip, that’s entirely your personal decision. You can reschedule these sessions later, as long as you still have rescheduling sessions remaining.

It typically takes 25-30 days to begin the 100-day challenge. This timeframe is due as our coaching slots are always full most of the time. We keep the quality of service top notch so you got to patiently wait for 25-30 days to get started with day 1. These 25-30 days waiting days are not counted in the 100 days program
